English Language Development
The English Language Development Program employs a contextualized, interactive, approach to language instruction while addressing the functions and forms of English and guiding students toward proficiency in the modalities of listening, speaking, reading, writing. These emphases include auditory processing and reading comprehension, as well writing and oration skills. The class meets approximately two to three 90 minute periods per week.
